Standards
All our eggs come from small flocks of hens
kept on family run farms where welfare standards and conditions
are far higher than is required. The environmental issue
of natural hedges and trees to provide shelter for the birds
whilst they are ranging is a priority. On our farms hens
are kept in small flocks ranging on land which is shared
by sheep and cows.
No chemicals, hormones or artificial yolk colourants are
added to the layers food and we guarantee no antibiotics
are in routine use. Every possible effort is being maintained
to try to ensure no genetically modified ingredients are
used.
No chickens are kept in battery cages on any of our farms
and there is frequent testing of birds, poultry houses and
feeding stuffs for freedom from salmonella.
we are approved and monitored by the

of treatments.
Organic Mayonnaise production is subject to vigorous quality
